Our quality control department ensures that each product is manufactured with controlled process according to given task and quality of parts are maintained throughout entire process. For ensuring products are free from all kind of faults, we test our products with rigorous controls along with supplementary test like process control, assembly line control, quality control, material control, dimensional control, leakage and pressure control.
Proper training is essential to ensure that all employees understand the hazards associated with their tasks and know how to work safely. At Ghanshyam Industries, we provide comprehensive health and safety training programs to all new hires, as well as ongoing training for existing employees.
To verify that all components meet the required specifications, we employ a range of precision inspection tools. These tools are capable of measuring critical dimensions, tolerances and surface finishes with extreme accuracy.
Packaging is the most important aspect. After inspection, each order is directed to a packing location. The completeness of whole order can be checked here optionally. Than the packing list gets printed and the whole order is packed and dispatched.
